Before children learn how to read, they first must have a strong understanding in the alphabetic principle, connecting the letter they read in print to the sound the letter makes in a word. Child development research (and experience as educators and parents!) also tells us that movement allows children to connect concepts to action.
The SuperCharged Alphabet teaches the alphabet in a fun, engaging way that involves the whole body! Since young children learn through movement, the SuperCharged Alphabet encourages children to sing, dance, and move their bodies as they establish the foundational knowledge they need to grow into readers!
